80-100%, Bern How you make a difference - In thisrole, you are responsible for the real estate investment process,taking into account sustainability projects among others. - Yousupport the construction projects from a financial perspective andadvise the management as a business sparring partner. - You alsoprepare profitability analyses for the individual investmentprojects and provide support to the regional controllers inreporting, forecasting and planning. - You are the contact personfor the Asset Management team and the Construction department andadvise your contacts by providing analyses and developing suitablemeasures with them. - You work together with the Group's ProjectControlling department and ensure the smooth functioning of theinterface. What you have to offer - You have completed higher-levelbusiness management training. Advanced training in the real estatesector is an advantage. - You also have sound professionalexperience in investment or project controlling, and knowledge ofSAP. - Your key strengths are your joined-up thinking and actions,a solution-oriented approach and ability to learn quickly. - Youare proactive, work in a structured way and focus on achievingefficient results. - Your confident manner and hands-on approachhelp you in communicating with your stakeholders. You also have avery good command of German and good knowledge of French.
