Portuguese is plus. /p h3Job Description /h3 pAdministrative support to the team : /p ul liProspect, onboard, close; /li liUpdate of databases; /li liCommunication, reporting; /li liClient visits preparation; /li liInternal / external meetings organisation. /li /ul pProvide RMs with suport when dealing with : /p ul liCentral Registry (documentation issues, updates, repapering); /li liRisk Compliance for KYC and AML issues; /li liDuring clients’ contact, ability to have a personalized interaction with Clients; /li liCash management, credit/debit cards, transfers; /li liExecution of payment orders/transfers/trading orders; /li liEnsuring that all internal regulatory policies, procedures and practices are carried out, applied and adhered to within the required timeframes; /li liScupulously observe cross border rules and regulations /li liWhere requested, participation in client’s meetings and corporate events. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liApprenticeship or Degree in Economics or equivalent, ideally completed with trainings inbanking products and services (SAQ/CWMA) and or Compliance trainings; /li liMin. 5 years’ in a similar position Assistant in a Bank or an IAM in Switzerland. /li liKnowledge of Latam markets is a plus; /li liGood knowledge of wealth management products and services as well as deep knowledge of compliance rules (incl. cross-border) and Swiss regulations; /li liOutstanding communication skills, sense of organization and priorities, flexibility, excellent client and services orientation, solution oriented, ability to work in a team and to take initiative; /li liFluent in Spanish, English and French.
