SAP-Workday HCM Integrations Manager

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Workday implementation team to develop seamless integrations between Workday, SAP and non-SAP systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies ensuring alignment with business needsLead the design, development, and deployment of integration flows using SAP Integration SuiteAct as the primary liaison for internal integration-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving challenges as they arisePartner with Workday and SAP consultants to understand integration specifications and ensure smooth handovers between internal and external teamsDevelop documentation, best practices, and training materials to support integration processesMonitor and maintain the performance and reliability of integrations, addressing any technical issues promptlyEnsure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout all integrations
3 years of experience in system integrations, preferably within an HCM contextProven experience with SAP Integration Suite including designing, configuring, and deploying integration scenariosExperience with API management, message processing, and security in SAP Integration SuiteStrong knowledge of integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, and IDocStrong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principlesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external consultantsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with payroll systems, or other enterprise software (nice to have)Experience with Workday implementations or upgrades (nice to have)
