SAP-Workday HCM Integrations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to lead and manage all internal integrations related to our Workday HCM implementation. The role will focus on integrating Workday with existing systems such as SAP S4/HANA, payroll systems, and other third-party applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (Integration Suite). This position is critical in ensuring a seamless and efficient data flow between systems and supporting the successful deployment of Workday HCM.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Workday implementation team to develop seamless integrations between Workday, SAP and non-SAP systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies ensuring alignment with business needs
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integration flows using SAP Integration Suite
Partner with Workday and SAP consultants to understand integration specifications and ensure smooth handovers between internal and external teams
Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials to support integration processes
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout all integrations

~Proven experience with SAP Integration Suite including designing, configuring, and deploying integration scenarios
~ Experience with API management, message processing, and security in SAP Integration Suite
~ Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principles
~ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
~ Familiarity with payroll systems, or other enterprise software (nice to have)
