- Immediate Start /h3 pOur client is an international automotive group experiencing strong growth across global markets. As part of its continued expansion in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to join the company on a 6–12 month temporary project contract. /p pThis is a key, hands-on position within a startup and build-up environment, offering the opportunity to play a central role in establishing the systems and processes required to support the company’s growing Swiss operations. /p h3The Role /h3 pWorking closely with the local management team, the ERP Manager will take ownership of the setup and implementation of the ERP system, ensuring it supports the operational needs and continued growth of the company in Switzerland. /p pThe role will combine ERP expertise, project management and close collaboration with the business. The successful candidate will be expected to understand operational requirements, translate them into effective ERP processes and drive the implementation through to successful go-live. /p h3Key responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liTake ownership of the ERP setup and implementation for the Swiss organisation /li liWork closely with local management to understand business requirements, priorities and operational needs /li liDefine and implement appropriate ERP processes and workflows /li liConfigure and adapt the ERP solution to support the company's activities in Switzerland /li liCoordinate with key functions including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales /li liManage data preparation, migration, testing and system validation /li liCoordinate with external ERP providers, implementation partners and internal stakeholders as required /li liEstablish clear processes, documentation and system controls /li liSupport user training and drive adoption across the organisation /li liManage the go-live process and resolve implementation issues /li liEnsure the ERP environment is practical, scalable and able to support the company's future growth /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liProven experience as an ERP Manager, ERP Project Manager, ERP Implementation Manager or in a similar hands‑on position /li liStrong experience in ERP implementation, setup or greenfield projects /li liPrevious experience working in a startup, scale‑up or newly established organisation is highly desirable /li liComfortable operating in an environment where systems, processes and structures are still being developed /li liExperience working with Odoo would be a strong advantage; experience with similar ERP solutions will also be considered /li liGood understanding of core business processes across areas such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales /li liAbility to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions /li liStrong project management and stakeholder management capabilities /li liAutonomous, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach /li liComfortable working closely with senior and local management in a fast‑moving international environment /li liImmediately available or able to start at very short notice /li /ul pThis is an opportunity to join a growing international automotive group at an important stage of its development in Switzerland.
