  • Intégration au sein du département Business Risk Management de la Banque ;
  • Étude et validation de l'information (juridique, commerciale ou autre) en support des transactions de la clientèle PEP et à Risque Elevé ;
  • Analyse, synthèse et suivi de l'activité transactionnelle de la clientèle, assurant l'alignement du KYT et du KYC, ainsi qu'avec la réglementation applicable ;
  • Élaboration de rapports de contrôle de flux fonds, et suivi de relations ;
  • Collaboration directe avec le Responsable du Business Management, le Responsable de la Banque Privée et les autres collaborateurs du Front Office ;
  • Être le point de liaison entre les Banquiers Privés et les autres départements de la banque pour toute question / problématique Compliance non routinière ;
  • Formation des collaborateurs ;
  • Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.




  • Formation bancaire, audit ou juridique ;
  • Minimum cinq années d'expérience professionnelle sur une fonction similaire ou en compliance au sein d'une banque en Suisse ;
  • Excellente connaissance des réglementations bancaires suisse et internationales, en commerce international et investissements fonciers ;
  • Excellente maîtrise Excel et d'outils de reporting et monitoring
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise des langues arabe, portugais ou espagnol comme un atout ;
  • Sensibilité aux risques et sens de la proportionnalité dans le traitement des affaires et dans la prise de décision ;
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de compliance de manière factuelle en collaboration avec les départements de la banque ;
  • Esprit critique et analytique ;
  • Sens de la confidentialité ;
  • Disponible rapidement
