Our technology and our knowhow contribute crucial resources to a worldwide market, whether it be leading the global market in transformer electrical insulation, keeping the lights on for billions of consumers, or the delivery of a breakthrough drug through our advanced plastics technologies for medical and pharmaceutical applications /p h3How you’ll make an impact… /h3 ul liPartner with leaders and employees to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace issues while fostering a positive and engaged culture /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices by administering policies, managing employee relations matters, and supporting leave administration /li liSupport talent management initiatives through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and workforce planning /li liLeverage HR systems and workforce data to maintain accurate records, identify trends, improve processes, and support informed business decisions /li liLead and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring HR team members and partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals /li /ul h3What do you bring… /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred /li li5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including direct experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR project leadership /li liExperience in a manufacturing, industrial, or 24/7 operations environment preferred /li liPHR or SHRM-CP certification required; SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred /li liStrong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations /li liProven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization /li liHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive issues /li liProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP), and ATS platforms /li liExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment /li /ul h3What do
