Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (approx. 40%) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding). Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection processes. Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events. People Operations (approx. 40%) Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, work permits, etc.) Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS (Lucca), generate reports, and identify process improvements. Support payroll preparation and liaise with external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate social insurances, benefits, and statutory HR obligations. Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal HR policies. Employee Experience & HR Projects (approx. 20%) Support employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives. Participate in HR projects and contribute to improving processes and automating workflows. Act as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace. Assist in organizing company events and fostering a collaborative, people-first culture. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, proactive, and organized - you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting. Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
