HR Generalist/hrbp Available Immediately

For our client, a major health/medical organisation near Montreux, we are looking for a:
HR Generalist/HRBP (available immediately (2 weeks max)

Missions:

- Employee lifecycle management: recruitment, implementing new employee onboarding and offboarding processes, establishing employment contracts, amendments, and administrative documents, payroll control, annual closing procedures, Reconciliation of HR accounts,
- Monitoring absences, leaves, and overtime hours, conducting sick leave and accident return interviews
- Regular meetings with department heads to ensure smooth service operations
- Managing and monitoring performance evaluations and development plans
- Addressing employee issues and conflicts, coaching managers on dismissal, performance improvement, absences, etc.
- Identifying training needs within the company, organizing and coordinating training sessions
- Participation in steering committees and writing minutes
- Participating in HR projects (HR events, internal mobility, digitization of HR certificates)

Requirements:

- Swiss HR certification
- 7-10 years HR Generalist experience
- Proactive, pragmatic, and independent in managing complex projects.
- Ability to provide creative solutions to evolving business needs.
- Excellent legal drafting, interpretation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken), English B2 minimum
- Proficiency in office tools and a digital-first approach.
- Experience in the medical/luxury/tourism industries is advantageous.
