In this role, you will contribute to the development of a forward-looking billing solution and ensure that business-critical business services operate reliably and economically in the long term. /p h3Senior Business Service Manager (all) /h3 pbYour area of responsibility /b /p ul liYou are responsible for stable, economical and compliant IT business services for the current and future utility platform. You conduct rule-based business service reviews and are responsible for economic operations. /li liAs a connecting element between business and operations, you accompany projects and are responsible for the orderly transfer of new or changed services into operation. /li liYou coordinate the further development of business services and bring together requirements from the business with technical possibilities. /li liTogether with internal teams and external partners, you ensure that disruptions are dealt with promptly and sustainable solutions are implemented. /li liFor governance requirements and audits, you coordinate the parties involved and accompany the resulting measures. /li liWith a view to customer satisfaction, quality and cost-effectiveness, you strategically manage budgets, costs, contracts and agreed services. /li /ul pbYour strengths /b /p ul liYou bring several years of experience in managing business-critical IT business services and working with operations teams. /li liYou are familiar with IT service management and have practical experience with ITIL as well as incident, problem and change management. /li liYou bring different stakeholders together in a binding manner and create viable solutions between business, IT and external partners. /li liYou work independently and well organised and keep an overview even in an environment where not everything is yet defined. /li liExperience with budgets, contracts, service providers or audits complements

your profile
