For the Residential Group \"Acute and Transitional Care (AÜP)\" in the senior center Adlergarten, which provides a well-maintained home for 160 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader who wants to shape daily care together with colleagues starting from December 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your ResponsibilitiesOperational management and independent organization of the AÜP residential groupEnsuring professional care and support for patientsResponsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support teamInterdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, the nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitalityResponsibility for RAI classification and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelinesActive participation in future-oriented care development and the supervision of studentsYour ProfileTraining as a nursing specialist HF / FH with acute and/or long-term experience as well as management training or the willingness to acquire itWillingness to participate in direct care and supportVery good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage) as well as fluent GermanHigh social competence and communication skills with a high level of commitmentGreat independence, openness to change processesQuick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skillsWhat
