Le Groupe est un acteur engagé auprès de ses communautés à travers la pertinence et l’exclusivité de sa production éditoriale. Il a également pour ambition d’accompagner les acteurs économiques locaux dans leur communication grâce à une large gamme de produits et services et axée autour des solutions numériques.
Au sein du département Marketing & Transformation, nous recherchons notre futur-e:
Product Manager Editorial
Rattaché-e directement au Head of Product & Data et en relation étroite avec les Product Managers, la principale mission du/de la Product Manager Editorial est d’assurer la cohérence des différents titres du groupe et la notoriété de nos Marques.
Rôle et missions:Stratégie de Marque pour les titres de la presse romande :
- Collaborer à la création et mettre en place une stratégie de gestion globale des supports de communication (en particulier magazines, pages spéciales).
- Apporter une cohérence (contenu, image, dates de parution...) parmi les pages spéciales, encarts, magazinespour maximiser leur succès et le chiffre d'affaires annonceur.
- Soutenir une campagne de communication omnicanale “marques” pour accroître leur notoriété auprès de nos Lecteurs et Annonceurs.
- S’assurer de la qualité de l’exécution des documents créés par le service (documentation, argumentaires, informations diverses) etêtre le garant du respect de l’Identité de marque
Partenariat et Opérations spéciales :
- En collaboration avec le manager, définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale pour les partenariats et opérations spéciales sur le marché romand.
- Créer une offre forte et intéressante pour nos titres, Annonceurs et nos Abonnés.
Suivi de Performance :
- Utiliser des indicateurs clés de performance pour mesurer la rentabilité et ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.
Rôle d'intégrateur (Customer Centric) :
- Trouver et exploiter les synergies entre les différents supports du groupe.
- Agir comme un intégrateur, facilitant la collaboration entre les équipes.
- Fournir aux équipes les supports de vente et formations nécessaires
- Formation supérieure en marketing (niveau bachelor ou brevet fédéral) et au bénéfice d’une première expérience en lien avec le poste ;
- Bonne connaissance des régions couvertes par le groupe ;
- Intérêt affirmé pour le domaine de la presse et des médias ;
- Compétences avérées en gestion de produits ou de Marque ;
- Orientation objectifs et résultats tout en gardant en tête nos clients finaux (Lecteurs, Abonnés et Annonceurs) ;
- Capacité à s’adapter à différents interlocuteurs, écoute, communication adaptée, capacité à convaincre et à négocier en finesse, facilitateur ;
- Autonomie, curiosité, ouverture d’esprit et créativité
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français (langue maternelle), anglais professionnel.
