About Our Client
Our client is a single family office.

Job Description
  • Respond to KYC requests;
  • Preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
  • Preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
  • Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
  • Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;


The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 to 5 years in a similar position in a family office, trust company or similar company;
  • Excellent command of English and French
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
