Business Administration Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Herausforderungen::

  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der Finanzabteilung vor Ort, Schnittstelle zur Finanzabteilung des Headquarters und Kostenüberwachung
  • Prüfung und Kontierung von Sammelrechnungen inkl. Zuordnung von Kostenstellen
  • Erfassung und Archivierung von Reisekosten
  • Klärung von Kundenzahlungsdifferenzen und offenen Rechnungen
  • Jährliche Berechnung der monatlichen Rückstellungen für Sozial- und Betriebsversicherungen
  • Berechnung von Rückstellungen
  • Monatliche Abrechnungen von Quellensteuer und Pensionskasse
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stellen wie Behörden und Sozialversicherungen sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsfragen sowie in arbeitsrechtlichen Belangen
  • Allgemeine Versicherung inkl. Schadenmeldung
  • Unterstützung des Bereichs HR vor Ort, damit lokale Verfahren von Mitarbeitenden eingehalten werden
  • Pflege der Zeiterfassung und des Abwesenheitstools
  • Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung zusammen mit dem Headquarter
  • Lokale Unterstützung des Geschäftsführers in allen relevanten administrativen Themen
  • Unterstützung der Unternehmensfunktionen in Bezug auf lokale rechtliche und regulatorische Themen


Wesentliche Aufgaben::

  • Erfahrung in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Abteilungen (Management, Finanzen, Human Resources, Payroll etc.)
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Gehaltsabrechnung, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie HR
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein Plus
  • Sinn für Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und networking
