Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine charakterstarke, dynamische und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit als:

Front of House Manager (m/w) 100%Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Gewährleistung eines optimalen Ablaufes am Front Office inklusive F&B Coordinator, Portiers und Nachtportiers 
  • Stellvertretung des Hotel Managers und des Front Office Managers in Abwesenheit. 
  • Erste Ansprechperson bei Gästebeschwerden und Trouble Shooter 
  • Manager on Duty Funktion mit Verantwortung für die Gästesicherheit
  • Wahrnehmung von Führungsverantwortung, Mitarbeiterkoordination und Vorbildfunktion
  • Sicherstellung des optimalen operativen Ablaufes der Abreisen und Anreisen
  • Wahrnehmung der Drehscheibenfunktion für Informationen im ganzen Hotel
  • Gästebetreuung auf höchstem Niveau
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit allen Abteilungen, tägliche enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Reservierungsabteilung
  • Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung, -koordination und -kontrolle mit Mirus 3.0
  • Erstellung von SOPs und Sicherstellung derer Einhaltung
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Pflege unseres PMS Protel sowie sämtlicher Software und Tools am Front Office
  • Aktives Einbringen von eigenen Erfahrungen und Ideen, um das Front Office und unsere Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und verbessern
  • Umsetzung der Hotelrichtlinien und Grooming Standards
  • Förderung des Verkaufs durch Upsells und Optimierung der Hotelauslastung gemeinsam mit dem Hotel Managers und Umsetzung der Stornierungsbedinungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gewinnende, engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit

  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
