We are seeking an Operations Support / Relationship Manager Assistant for our client. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with banks (local and international), asset managers, and clients in a highly professional and fast-paced environment.Support back-office / Assistant de GestionA Geneva-based Family Office investing in both public and private markets.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational tasks related to banking, including domestic and international payments, transfers, and reconciliations.Oversee subscription processes for private market investments and handle related documentation.Liaise with banks, asset managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of operations.Conduct KYC collection and verification for client onboarding.Spot irregularities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of compliance.Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support the Relationship Managers and broader team in delivering exceptional service to clients.Profile 3-5 years of experience in financial operations within a bank, financial institution, or Family Office (Geneva experience strongly preferred).Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Flexible, open-minded, and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Advanced Excel skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
