  • Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring the HRD is kept updated throughout the process.
  • Coordinating with benefits providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communicating benefits information to employees and handling queries, regularly reviewing and suggesting improvements to benefits programs.
  • Providing reports on benefits usage and trends to management.
  • Provide accurate payroll information, encompassing starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, transfers, flex benefit selection etc. in line with Payroll deadlines.
  • Respond to employee queries on any matters to do with Benefits and Payroll
  • Managing employee benefits programs.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and be a team player.
  • Able to operate within a multi site environment
  • International payroll experience (desirable, not essential)
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and related legal requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits databases.
