Du gestaltest die Produkt-Service Vision "AO" aktiv mit und trägst Mitverantwortung für die Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung von Market Pull- und Technology Push-Einflüssen. Du führst und coachst ein motiviertes AO DevOps- und Operator-Team, übernimmst die Personalführung und förderst die strategische Personal- und Teamentwicklung. Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Ausgestaltung der Site Reliability Engineering Disziplin im AO-Service voran, indem du das Skillset, das Target Operating Model und die Prozesse optimierst Was bringst du mit? Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Erfahrung im Application Life Cycle Management Leadership-Skills und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung Kreativität sowie strategische und konzeptionelle Kompetenzen
