Global Operations Manager

At Bristol-Myers Squibb, we're committed to creating a work environment that's both challenging and meaningful. Our EMEA Operations Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics position is a key role in our cell therapy franchise, responsible for supervising a high-functioning team of operations specialists.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team is trained and supported to handle a high volume of daily phone calls and emails, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners across the cell therapy franchise. This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, and collaborate closely with the Site Account Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of operations specialists who create and maintain patient schedules in coordination with apheresis centers, manufacturing sites, treatment sites, and third-party logistics.
- Plan and execute team building initiatives.
- Accountable for team performance, including analyzing feedback from customers and partners and providing action plans as assigned.
- Lead and provide basic cross-regional back-up support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of direct or indirect people management required.
- Work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, customer service, logistics, supply chain preferred.
