Wir suchen Dich - als PRAKTIKANT:IN (m/w/d) Corporate Communication



Deine Aufgaben

Du wirst vollständig in das Tagesgeschäft des Bereiches Corporate Communication and Engagement einbezogen und bist für die lokale Repräsentation der L'Oréal Group im Schweizer Markt mitverantwortlich:

  • Planung und Durchführung von internen Events zur Begeisterung der Mitarbeitenden in Bezug auf L'Oréals Commitments und Projekte, zum Beispiel mit den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Aktivierung der verschiedenen internen Communication Channels wie das Intranet oder Newsletter
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von externen Kommunikations-Kampagnen und Events
  • Erstellung von Paid Media Kampagnen, Schreiben von LinkedIn Posts und Presse-Statements
  • Aktualisierung und Organisierung unserer externen Stakeholder-Map, bestehend aus Journalist:Innen und Pressekontakten sowie allgemeine Unterstützung bei anfallenden täglichen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du befindest Dich im Bachelor, Gap Year oder Master, verfolgst einen kommunikationswissenschaftlichen Studiengang und hast 6 Monate Zeit für ein Vollzeit-Praktikum
  • Durch Praktika o.Ä. hast Du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Arbeitswelt gesammelt und willst nun Deine Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Analysefähigkeit unter Beweis stellen
  • Du interessierst Dich generell für Trends im Bereich Kommunikation und beobachtest das Branche-Geschehen mit Neugierde
  • Du sprichst fließend Französisch und Englisch und hast solide Kenntnisse in Deutsch (bzw. Schweizerdeutsch)
  • MS-Office und Du seid gute Freunde und Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für eigene Projekte
