Ihre Hauptaufgaben
  • Eine fundierte Grundausbildung als Informatikerin/Informatiker und Erfahrung im System Engineering
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen und Netzwerke
  • Hervorragende interdisziplinäre Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Klinikern, Informatikern und Datenwissenschaftlern in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Erfahrung mit Datenstreaming-Architekturen und der Verarbeitung von Echtzeitdaten (z.B. Apache Kafka), Datenbank-Technologien (PostgreSQL, etc.) und Versionsverwaltungstools (Git, GitLab)
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Machine-Learning-Methoden, der Implementierung von ETL-Prozessen sowie im Umgang mit Data Lakes zur Entwicklung und Optimierung von datengetriebenen ML/DL Anwendungen
Ihr ProfilSie haben Spaß daran, ein laufendes System nicht „nur“ zu verwalten, sondern ein in der Entwicklung befindliches System weiterzuentwickeln. Sie sind kreativ und bereichern die Arbeitsgruppe mit eigenen Ideen und einem ausgezeichneten Verständnis für Systemarchitekturen. Sie scheuen sich nicht, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten und pro-aktiv robuste Lösungen zur Verbesserung des Gesamtsystems zu entwickeln.Unser AngebotMit Stellenantritt ab April 2025 oder nach Vereinbarung besteht Ihre Aufgabe darin, das System zu überwachen und, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Forschenden und ärztlichem Personal, weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei geht es einerseits um die Wartung und Betrieb der virtualisierten Linux-Umgebung (Proxmox Virtual Environment) zur Aufnahme und Verarbeitung der Daten (basierend auf Open Source Software wie Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, Nginx etc.). Andererseits erfordert das System die robuste Integration weiterer verschiedener Messgeräte an die gemeinsame Schnittstelle. Ihr Arbeitsfeld umfasst dabei die Interaktion mit Linux Systemen (Debian/Ubuntu), Medizintechnischen Geräten, die Umsetzung von Softwaretools zur Datenaufbereitung (Java/Python) sowie das Überwachen, Warten und Dokumentieren des gesamten Systems mittels entsprechender Programme (Grafana, Git).
