- Intégration au sein du département Back-Office ;
- Saisie des décomptes de bourse ;
- Mise à jour de la base de données titres ;
- Tenue quotidienne du fichier valeurs ;
- Divers travaux de correspondance et de secrétariat ;
- Accueil des visiteurs et prises des appels téléphoniques ;
- Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne ;
- Reporting clients et à la direction ;
- Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.
The Successful Applicant
- Formation bancaire ;
- Expérience professionnelle similaire et significative d'au minimum trois années dans les opérations bancaires ;
- Bonnes connaissances bancaires ;
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des programmes bancaires ;
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
- Bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
- Maîtrise de la langue allemande comme un atout ;
- Connaissances du système d'informations SIX Financial Information comme un atout ;
- Esprit d'équipe, proactif(ve), vif(ve) d'esprit & professionnel(le) ;
- Disponible immédiatement ;
- Résidence suisse.
