Filiale de Indosuez Wealth Management, le pôle gestion de fortune du Groupe Crédit Agricole et de Capgemini, Azqore est une entreprise internationale spécialisée dans l'externalisation de Systèmes d'Information et dans le traitement d'opérations bancaires pour les acteurs de la banque privée.

Nous mettons à disposition de nos clients un Système d'Information Intégré (S2i), et une gamme complète de services et de produits bancaires digitaux. Nous traitons également les opérations de Back Office de nos clients depuis deux hubs, en Suisse et à Singapour. En 2020, Azqore c'est 200 Mds (euros) d'actifs sous gestion représentés par une trentaine de banques.

Notre département Opérations Bancaires se distingue par l'excellence d'un service sur-mesure unique au monde, reconnu par ses clients et le marché. Près de 200 collaborateurs travaillent en étroite collaboration en Suisse et à Singapour pour traiter les opérations bancaires de clients exigeants.

Au cœur de notre stratégie, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste OST / Corporate Actions.

L'équipe

Le poste est à pourvoir dans nos locaux de Lausanne.

Ce poste sera rattaché à l'équipe Corporate Volontary composée de 8 collaborateurs.

Vous serez également en lien avec les équipes techniques basées dans nos locaux à Singapour.

Vos responsabilités

  • Au sein du desk OST, vous gérez notamment les opérations comme l'augmentation de capital, les Split et les OPA pour nos clients.
  • A ce titre, vous êtes responsable des missions suivantes :
    • Effectuer le traitement des OST sur actions, obligations, produits structurés et fonds de placements
    • Analyser les informations et instructions reçues et vérifier la justification économique des réponses
    • Incrémenter les différentes opérations ou évènements sur titres dans le système d'information
    • Anticiper les évènements sur titres importants
    • Rédiger des mailings aux clients et en informer les Responsable de Compte et du Middle Office
    • Instruire et comptabiliser les opérations après contrôle des confirmations des correspondants
    • Gérer la fiscalité applicable aux Opérations sur Titres

Vos compétences clés

  • Vous avez 1-2 ans d'expérience au sein d'un back-office bancaire
  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances des instruments financiers et des mécanismes de marché
  • Vous avez validé un niveau licence ou master en finance
  • Vous avez un bon niveau de communication et vous savez vous adapter à différents niveaux hiérarchiques. Vous serez en lien avec nos clients et donc savez délivrer un haut niveau de qualité.
  • Vous êtes autonome, tenace et rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle. L'ennui ne fera pas partie de vos journées mais vous devez savoir vous organiser pour gérer les multiples projets en cours.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à synthétiser et à développer le chemin le plus efficace (processus/données) pour atteindre un objectif.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire (oral & écrit). Vous serez en lien quotidien avec les équipes techniques de Singapour.
