Trainer/in (D/F)Deine Aufgaben:  
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Transformation bei, die wir durchlaufen, und zu einer Kultur, die den Fokus auf die Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden legt
  • Du befähigst Teams durch Coaching, Anleitung und Motivation, stetig bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Mit Begeisterung trainierst und coachst du unsere Fachgeschäftsmitarbeitenden in einem Umfeld mit schnell wechselnden Anforderungen und Rahmenbedingungen in Deutsch und Französisch
  • In individuellen Coaching-Einheiten und sequenzieller Begleitung von Beratungsgesprächen unterstützt du unmittelbar den Ausbau der Beratungs- und Abschlusskompetenz  
  • Du bist eigenständig für die Trainingsdurchführung, -organisation und -nachhaltung in der Schweiz verantwortlich und arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit den Verkaufs- und Gebietsleitern
  • Durch deinen Einsatz und Beitrag stärkst du die verkäuferischen Kompetenzen und die Qualitätssicherung unserer Beratungsstandards  
  • Du strebst kontinuierlich nach der bestmöglichen Erfahrung für Kunden, Mitarbeitende und die Organisation
Dein Profil:  
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Trainer/in mit nachweisbarem Beitrag zum Unternehmenserfolg  
  • Fundierte Vertriebserfahrung (vorzugsweise im filialisierten Einzelhandel erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte bevorzugt im Medizin-/ Hörakustikbereich) und fundiertes Wissen in der Personalentwicklung  
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit der Bereitschaft, die Zukunft zu gestalten, und besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft gegenüber Mitarbeitenden aller Qualifikations- und Altersstufen.
  • Pragmatismus, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Begeisterung für aktive und intensive Trainingseinheiten
  • Auswertung von Businessdaten und ableiten von geeigneten Massnahmen   
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Vorausschauende Planung und Organisationskompetenz  
  • Flexibilität, Mobilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft (4-5 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Fachgeschäften tätig)
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
