In this role you will be a member of the Global External Manufacturing team. Your accountabilities will include: - Manages and facilitates key internal meetings (creates agenda, minutes, track actions and documents decision) - Ensures escalations are managed in adherence to the model - Maintains trackers and tools for meeting management, dashboards, risk management, continuous improvements - Coordinates creation of powerpoint presentations to support governance model - Tracks key departmental milestones - Tracks key departmental goals - Maintains global calendar up to date - Manages the execution of business operations improvement projects - Maintains resource model up to date
