This opportunity combines business development, team leadership, and market representation within an entrepreneurial and client-focused environment. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLead and develop the Private Banking franchise in Zurich. /liliAcquire, develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. /liliGenerate sustainable Net New Money and increase assets under management. /liliBuild long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, families, family offices and professional intermediaries. /liliManage and coach a local team of private banking professionals and support staff. /liliCollaborate with internal specialists across investments, lending and wealth structuring solutions. /liliRepresent the bank within the Zurich business and wealth management community. /liliContribute to the strategic growth and commercial development of the regional business. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulliMinimum 15 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a closely related environment. /liliProven track record in acquiring and developing HNW/UHNW client relationships. /liliStrong network within the Zurich market, including entrepreneurs, executives, family offices, trustees, lawyers and other centres of influence. /liliDemonstrable history of generating Net New Money and growing client portfolios. /liliStrong understanding of investment solutions, wealth planning and financing structures. /liliPrevious leadership or team management experience is advantageous. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and drive commercial results. /liliFluent German and English; fluency in French is ideal; additional languages are considered an asset. /li /ulh3What’s on Offer /h3ulliOpportunity to lead an established Private Banking business in one of Switzerland's most important wealth management markets. /liliHigh level of autonomy and direct exposure to senior leadership. /liliWell-resourced platform with dedicated investment, financing and wealth structuring capabilities. /liliEntrepreneurial environment with strong growth ambitions. /liliCompetitive fixed compensation and performance-driven bonus structure. /liliLong-term opportunity to shape and expand a leading wealth management franchise in Zurich. /li /ul
