About Our Client Notre client est une organisation internationale attractive à but non lucratif, structurée en entités juridiques basées en Suisse et en France. Job Description Le poste de Head of Accounting comprend les missions suivantes : - Gestion complète de la comptabilité : gestion de la comptabilité générale et auxiliaire (Suisse, France, filiales), coordination des clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles, production des états financiers consolidés selon les normes locales (CO suisse, PCG français), élaboration des rapports financiers. Supervision des déclarations fiscales (TVA, impôts sur les sociétés, taxes diverses) et de la documentation inter-entreprises. - Audit et contrôle interne : préparation et coordination des audits externes, renforcement du dispositif de contrôle interne et des pratiques de gouvernance financière. - Leadership et développement d'équipe : management direct d'une équipe comptable structurée (responsables GL, AP, AR), animation d'une culture de performance, change management. - Projets transverses : contribution active aux projets de transformation digitale et à l'amélioration continue des processus. Collaboration avec les équipes FP&A dans l'analyse financière. The Successful Applicant Les candidats pour ce poste doivent présenter le profil suivant : - Master en comptabilité/finance ou diplôme d'expert-comptable. - Minimum 10 ans en comptabilité, dont au moins 5 ans en management d'équipe. - Maîtrise approfondie des normes comptables suisses (CO) et françaises. - Expérience confirmée en consolidation de groupes. - Solide compréhension des enjeux de conformité et de contrôle interne. - Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. - Excellente maîtrise des ERP et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Leadership affirmé, rigueur, sens du résultat, esprit collaboratif.
