MISSION DU POSTE

Vous êtes membre de la direction et avez la mission sur les deux cliniques des Grangettes et de La Colline :

  • d’optimiser la planification stratégique et opérationnelle des ressources, la programmation des blocs opératoires et le flux des patients
  • d’encadrer le processus d'élaboration et de surveillance du budget au sein de la direction
  • d’assister la direction générale en matière de gestion d'entreprise
  • de participer activement à la formulation et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de la clinique
TÂCHES PRINCIPALES
  • Planification des ressources (capacité en lits, capacité du bloc opératoire) en fonction de l’activité prévisionnelle
  • Allocation des volumes de bloc et de lits selon les orientations stratégiques et la répartition des classes d’assurance prévue au budget
  • Optimiser les processus et les interfaces avec la direction
  • Responsable des processus et de l’optimisation au sein des équipes et services qui lui sont subordonnés
  • Responsable des processus administratifs dans le cadre de la planification et de la convocation des patients, de la demande de garanties financières et de l'optimisation de ces processus
  • Collaborer activement avec les cadres de la clinique
  • Optimiser l’utilisation des lits et des blocs opératoires, élaborer des propositions afin d’améliorer le remplissage des disponibilités et optimiser le flux des patients
  • Développer et entretenir une proximité avec les médecins accrédités.

FORMATION REQUISE
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une formation en gestion d’entreprise
  • Vous avez une formation soignante de base
VOTRE PROFIL
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projet
  • Vous avez un sens analytique et un sens développé de l’organisation
  • Vous avez une bonne aptitude à la négociation et une excellente communication
  • Vous pouvez vous exprimer de manière fluide en anglais et en allemand
