•Carrying out all work in the production area in accordance with quality and management guidelines
•Preparing, processing and serving all dishes according to instructions and in consultation with the Executive Chef
•Providing the required mise-en-place
•Compliance with kitchen standards and hygiene regulations
•Proper storage of all food
•Care and cleaning of all work areas and equipment
•Compliance with all HACCP guidelines
•You have completed an apprenticeship as a chef
•In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterised by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and enthusiasm
•Communicate in German and/or French, English, other languages an advantage
