The fashion industry needs a shake-up.
For the E-Commerce Team in our HQ in Lugano, Switzerland, we’re looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Specialist Marketplaces to help us to manage and grow our e-commerce business.
As a Specialist Marketplaces you will have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth in several markets around the globe.
Your profile and to-dos:
  • Overall responsibility for all marketplace activities
  • Develop and optimize existing marketplace activities and enter new marketplaces
  • Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for the online channels
  • Strategic and operational support for existing marketplaces
  • Monitor operational performance improvement / Proactive performance improvement proposals
  • Drive sales performance and business development through product range and price management
  • Coordinate with partners promotions, marketing and social media campaigns
  • Maintenance of product master data & product status workflow (e.g. product creation & catalogue lifecycle)
  • Ensure the correctness of inventory management (e.g. stock monitoring)
  • Operations project management and cross team collaboration
  • Reportings on KPIs and deep dives
  • Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Manage the implementation of new technologies
Required:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or similar
  • First E-Commerce Experience (platform business beneficial)
  • Advanced English Level (fluency in speech and writing)
  • Analytical skills & hands-on mentality
  • Very good MS Excel skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to manage the daily operations like working with ERP systems, integrations incl. creation of workflows, project management.
  • Experience with integration software (e.g. TradeByte, Channel Advisor, Mirakl), project management software (Jira) as well as German and language are beneficial.
