For the E-Commerce Team in our HQ in Lugano, Switzerland, we’re looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Specialist Marketplaces to help us to manage and grow our e-commerce business.
As a Specialist Marketplaces you will have an essential impact on our future development and pull the strings for our market growth in several markets around the globe.
Your profile and to-dos:
- Overall responsibility for all marketplace activities
- Develop and optimize existing marketplace activities and enter new marketplaces
- Examine the new market trends and business opportunities in the global and local landscape
- Develop and implement a roadmap for the online channels
- Strategic and operational support for existing marketplaces
- Monitor operational performance improvement / Proactive performance improvement proposals
- Drive sales performance and business development through product range and price management
- Coordinate with partners promotions, marketing and social media campaigns
- Maintenance of product master data & product status workflow (e.g. product creation & catalogue lifecycle)
- Ensure the correctness of inventory management (e.g. stock monitoring)
- Operations project management and cross team collaboration
- Reportings on KPIs and deep dives
- Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights
- Manage the implementation of new technologies
