  • Wie sieht ein Karriereweg im Consulting bei BearingPoint aus? Dein Karriereweg startet bei BearingPoint mit einem Bachelorabschluss als Analyst und mit einem Masterabschluss als Senior Analyst. Je nach Arbeitserfahrung und -länge entwickelt sich Dein Weg über eine Consultant Position hin zu einer Senior Rolle. Wir unterstützen Dich dabei, je nach Deiner beruflichen Präferenz, eine Karriere als Manager, Advisor, Architect oder Partner bei uns anzustreben und Dein volles Potential auszuschöpfen.

  • Wie viele Mitarbeitende hat BearingPoint? Bei BearingPoint arbeiten im Konzern ca. 5300 Mitarbeitende weltweit, in der Schweiz ca. 160.   • Bietet Ihr Praktika und Abschlussarbeiten an? Für ein Praktikum in Zürich oder Genf kannst Du Dich auf unsere aktuell ausgeschriebenen Praktikumsplätze unter offenen Stellen oder jederzeit initiativ bewerben. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass wir Dich zu 50% auf einem Projekt beschäftigen können. Falls Du in Betracht ziehst Deine Masterarbeit mit BearingPoint zu schreiben, kontaktiere uns per Mail mit Deinem konkreten Thema, Interessengebiet und spezifischer Forschungsfragestellung. Daraufhin besprechen wir intern je nach Kapazität, ob und wie wir das Projekt betreuen können.
  • Welche Sprachen muss man bei BearingPoint sprechen? BearingPoint ist ein internationaler Konzern, dennoch arbeiten wir auch mit vielen lokalen Playern zusammen. Somit sind für einen Job an unserem Züricher Standort sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau) bzw. an unserem Genfer Standort sehr gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau) unabdingbar.
  • Kann man auch in einem anderen Land für BearingPoint arbeiten? Selbstverständlich kannst Du Dich zusätzlich direkt in einem anderen Land bewerben.
  • Wie hoch ist die Reisetätigkeit? Die Reisetätigkeit ist bei uns projektabhängig und wir versuchen so gut es geht auf die Wünsche der Mitarbeitenden und KundInnen einzugehen. Vorwiegend bezieht sich diese dabei auf den Schweizer Raum - für den Standort Zürich in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz und für den Genfer Standort in der französischsprachigen Schweiz.
  • Wird Home Office unterstützt? Es besteht die Möglichkeit im Home Office zu arbeiten. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir unseren Mitarbeitenden die Flexibilität bieten, die sie in ihrem Job brauchen. Je nach Kundenprojekt kann sich diese unterscheiden und individuell angepasst werden.
  • Macht man bei BearingPoint viele Überstunden? Mit unserem flexiblen Gleitzeitmodell legen wir grossen Wert auf eine ausgeglichene Work-Live-Balance. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit ist auf 40 Stunden festgelegt. Die Arbeit im Consulting ist abhängig von den unterschiedlichen Phasen im Projekt. Gerade zu Beginn eines neuen Projekts oder beim Abschluss eines Projekts kann es zu intensiveren Phasen und mehr Aufwand kommen. Auftretende Überstunden können abgebaut werden.
  • Was ist der BE.Club? Der BE.Club macht bei uns den Unterschied aus. Über das ganze Jahr verteilt organisiert das Team - bestehend aus vielen Mitarbeitenden - grossartige Events wie Skiausflüge, Wanderungen, Parties, Apéros, Fussballturniere und vieles mehr.
  • Welche Communities gibt es bei BearingPoint? Unsere internationalen Communities zielen darauf ab mit KollegenInnen weltweit zusammenzuarbeiten, den Wissensaustausch zu fördern und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den verschiedenen BearingPoint-Niederlassungen zu schaffen. Für jeden Interessenschwerpunkt ist etwas dabei, wie z.B. Automotive, SAP Innovation, Sustainability Services, People Transformation, Customer Experience, Blockchain usw.
  • Bietet BearingPoint Weiterbildungen an? BearingPoint bietet ein firmenweites internes Development Hub mit digitalen Trainings an, auf welche Du jederzeit zugreifen kannst. Je nach Level bieten wir spezifische Trainings an. Dazu einige Beispiele : Beim Einstieg wirst Du während einer Woche in der BE.School an unterschiedlichen Trainings teilnehmen und in die Welt von BearingPoint eingeführt. Unsere Consultants im zweiten Jahr nehmen am firmenweiten Consultant Bootcamp in Amsterdam teil. Dort fokussierst Du Dich auf die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Kompetenzen und befasst Dich mit unserem Purpose. An der Oxford University werden unsere Senior Consultants gezielt auf ihren nächsten Karriereschritt vorbereitet. Für unsere (Senior) Manager und Partner bieten wir an der Yale University spezifische Führungstrainings.
  • Wie gross sind die Teams in den Projekten? Die Teamgrösse ist abhängig von der Projektgrösse.
  • Wie lange ist man in Projekte involviert? Projekte können von einigen Wochen bis hin zu mehreren Jahren dauern.
  • Was ist der Dress-Code bei BearingPoint? Im Office und beim Kunden gilt der Dress-Code Business Standard. Unsere Consultants sind gebeten eine Krawatte für bestimmte Events bereitzuhalten.
