Job Description and ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Your duties will include:
- Managing and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware components.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Implementing security measures to protect data and systems.
- Providing technical support to end-users and resolving IT-related issues.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework.
- Project management skills.
