  • Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in einer Hotline- bzw. Supportorganisation oder im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung und bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufsbildung (Informatik, Gesundheitswesen oder Verwaltung) mit.
  • Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen und der Informatik erweisen sich bei deiner täglichen Arbeit als sehr nützlich. Grundkenntnisse der POLYPOINT-Palette sind von Vorteil.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch oder Französisch und hast gute Kenntnisse in der anderen Sprache. Zudem kannst du dich gut auf dein Gegenüber einstellen.
  • Die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden priorisierst du und lebst eine exakte Arbeitsweise auch in hektischen Phasen.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen für ein noch besseres Kundenerlebnis bei uns ein.
  • Du schätzt es, deine Aufgaben selbständig zu planen und eigenverantwortlich zu handeln.

  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen zu unserer Produktpalette POLYPOINT und agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Supportorganisation und weiteren Fachbereichen.
  • Du kommunizierst aktiv intern und extern in Bezug auf den Status und Verlauf der Supportfälle und freust dich, Kundenanfragen zeitnah kompetent zu lösen.
  • Zusammen mit deinem Team analysierst und löst du Tickets und koordinierst Anfragen, führst kurze Anwenderschulungen durch und dokumentierst deine Lösungsansätze.
  • Dein Ziel ist es, bei unseren Kunden mit dem Customer Support Probleme zu beheben. Dafür setzt du dich täglich ein.
  • Du übernimmst zusammen mit deinem Team die Verantwortung um den POLYPOINT Customer Support auf Basis unserer Tool-Chain weiterzuentwickeln und auf ein nächstes Level zu bringen.
