Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der HR-Strategie, insbesondere in den Bereichen Performance-und Change-Management sowie der Personalentwicklung und der Nachfolgeplanung
  • Stellvertretung der Chief of People & Culture sowie des Managers P&C Services & Digitization
  • Personelle und fachliche Führung der 4 People & Culture Business Partner
  • Initiierung und Mitentwicklung von neuen Konzepten im Bereich Arbeitgeber-Attraktivität (Rekrutierung, Branding, innerbetriebliche Massnahmen wie BGM, usw.)
  • Sicherstellung der P&C-Services im Betreuungsbereich (Ein- und Austrittsprozess, Zeiterfassung, Lohnvariablen, Management der Stellenpläne und Personalkosten gemäss Planungsprozessen)
  • die Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Bereichsleitungen
  • Leitung und Teilnahme von Teammeetings und Führungsmeetings
  • Coaching, Begleitung und Entwicklung der Führungskräfte, bspw. bei der Qualifikation, Weiterentwicklung und Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Begleitung von diversen Gesprächen (Teamförderung, Konflikte, etc.) sowie von Veränderungsprozessen und Vorschlag entsprechender Massnahmen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit oder Leitung diverser Projekte
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens an Auftritten, Messen oder internen Veranstaltungen
  • Umsetzung der Personalpolitik unter Einhaltung des Arbeitsgesetzes und dem L-GAV
  • Mitarbeit bei Optimierungen und Verbesserungen der bestehenden Prozesse
Ihr Profil
  • Höhere Ausbildung auf Stufe Fachhochschule mit Fokus HRM oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • mindestens dreijährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Kenntnisse vom L-GAV von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • lösungsorientierte, durchsetzungsstarke und flexible Macher-Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Grad an Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Drive
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und HR-IT-Systemen (Abacus-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Erfahrung oder grosses Interesse in bzw. an der 5-Sterne Hotellerie
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert
