Senior Operations Analyst – Wealth Management (Zurich, Switzerland)

Cognizant is expanding its team and seeking flexible, full-time Senior Operations Analysts in Wealth Management. This hybrid banking and financial services role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
Ensure efficient operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and high performance.
Collaborate with global teams to facilitate seamless asset and securities transfers.
Guarantee timely settlement of client transactions in global markets.
Skills and Experience:
Profound experience in securities settlements, including capturing, instructing, and monitoring orders.
In-depth understanding of securities markets, particularly custodian bank functions.
Expertise in SWIFT messaging, specifically MT54x settlement instructions.
Strong F2B knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements.
Understanding of the securities domain, including corporate actions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
