Senior Software Engineer Full Stack
For the development of DS cloud-based offerings used by dentists, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Full Stack to strengthen our international team at our location in Zurich or in Bensheim.
You will work in an agile environment with other skilled developers where you improve the handling of media files and patient data for Dentists to make their lives easier so that they can save time during their day to day work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write elegant and high-performance Golang and Flutter code
- Support the product owner in defining epics, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Plan own work and estimating effort and time needed for each subtask
- Report status of own current work, raise issues
- Fix defects in implementation
- Perform high quality code reviews
- Ensures unit and integration test coverage
- Collaborate with other teams and define APIs
Requirements:
- BS, MS or Phd in computer science or related engineering disciplines
- 5+ years as a software developer in an agile team
- Experience of developing in Golang (must), as well as Flutter (if not, the candidate should be willing to learn)
- Knowledge in CI/CD, Containerization (Docker) and Cloud Computing (e.g., GCP, Kubernetes)
- History of delivered commercially successful software products preferred
- Experience building successful commercial SaaS and/or PaaS solution would be a plus
- Ideally experience in leading technical teams
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Self-organized and self-reliant, but willing to learn and share knowledge
- Open-minded, communicative, and strong commitment
