**THE ROLE**

Based in Verbier, Switzerland | Full time (100%) | From 1 Jul. 2024 until 30 Apr. 2025

We are looking for an awesome **Logistics & Retail Partners Success Intern** to join our team. This paid internship gives you the opportunity to learn from one of the fastest-growing brands in the Snowsports industry. Our #1 mission is to ensure all contacts with Faction and our other brands (FSSC) exceed our partners’ expectations.

As a member of both the Logistics team and the Retail Partner Success team, you will join a fast-paced, international environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales.

This role would suit someone who is looking for professional experience in a global company, with the added benefits of living in the mountains and living their passion with like minded people.

**Responsibilities**:
With the support of your manager, you will learn and work on the following:

- Logistics:_
- Manage inbound shipment with Carriers & Warehouses
- Make sure all Customs documents are sent to the correct parties on time
- Relate any and all changes into our Order Fulfillment tracker
- Choose the right carrier for each planned shipment
- Provide in-house guidance/knowledge on product classification, HS tariff codes and custom requirements for efficient shipments
- Monitor our outbound orders and proactively troubleshoot any delivery issues
- Maintain product information on Warehouse Management System, Warehouses and internal documents
- Maintain all reporting documents up to date on CO2, Order Fulfillment / Forecast dates, Warehouse & Carrier performance, Costs, Old Stock using advanced Excel
- Retail Partner Success:_
- Be FSSC’s point of contact for our Retail Partners, answering their requests and anticipating their needs. ensuring a smooth and professional communication.
- Follow-up on orders, deliveries, back-orders and invoices.
- Be in daily contact with our third-party logistics partners to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Identify and report roadblocks, implement solutions.
- Support the local reps and follow up with Retail Partners to ensure we are maximizing sales and resolving any issues they may have.
- Enter account orders accurately, and inform our partners of any changes to our production and delivery schedule.
- Manage the entire After Sale service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range. and of your customer portfolio will highly contribute to the success of the sales team on your territory.
- Be proactive in giving and receiving feedback, most importantly to improve our Retail Partners’ experience and maximise sales potential.
- Handle warranty requests and maintain open communication of our warranty process to our Retail Partners.

Other tasks might include occasional support on demo events.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Fluent in French and English, German
- Relevant work experience is a plus, but not mandatory
