Die mooh Genossenschaft ist die grösste bäuerliche
Milchvermarktungsorganisation der Schweiz. Wir vermarkten
jährlich die ca. 600 Mio. kg Milch unserer Genossenschafter im In-
und Ausland mit innovativen und nachhaltigen Konzepten. Für
rund 2800 Mitglieder stellen wir den Absatz der Milch sicher und
maximieren deren Wertschöpfung.
Wir suchen Dich als:

Operations Manager/In International 80 – 100%

Du hast folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung eines einwandfrei funktionierenden Back-Office im Bereich Verkauf International
  • Administrative Unterstützung des Leiters Verkauf International
  • Überwachung Warenfluss von der Beschaffung, über Bestandes Management bis hin zur
    Auslieferung an den Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den involvierten internen und externen
    Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortlich für die Organisation von Produktentwicklungsprojekten der swissmooh AG,
    international, von der Idee bis zum verkaufsfertigen Produkt in Zusammenarbeit mit der
    Qualitätsabteilung
  • Sicherstellung und stete Optimierung effizienter Beschaffungs-, Logistik- und
    Verpackungsprozesse
  • Aktive Betreuung unserer Swissmooh Tochterfirma in China im Bereich Operations sowie
    unserer Lieferanten in der Schweiz

Das erwarten wir von Dir:

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mündlich/schriftlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Kontext im Bereich Operations, idealerweise
    mit Projekterfahrung und idealerweise mit FMCG Produkten
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung wird vorausgesetzt
  • Reisebereitschaft 10% innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Organisationstalent beim Führen von mehreren Projekten parallel
  • Allrounder Mentalität, offen für Neues und für die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kulturen,
    Ruhepol in stürmischen Zeiten
