Schätzungen zufolge wird sich Embedded Finance als nächste Generation des Bankwesens bis zum Jahr 2026 zu einer 7-Billionen-Dollar-Industrie entwickeln. Es bietet Nicht-Finanzinstituten die Möglichkeit, ihren Kunden Finanzdienstleistungen 'at the point needed' anzubieten und so neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu schaffen und vielfältige Einnahmequellen zu generieren. Als Embedded Finance Sales Executive konzentrierst du dich auf den Vertrieb der nächsten Generation von Finanzdienstleistungen.

Über den Job

  • Du entwickelst eigenständig neue Leads und Opportunities, bist aktiv in der Neukundengewinnung und baust Beziehungen auf.
  • Du gestaltest Customer Journeys mit und unterstützt bei der Implementierung der Produkte und Dienstleistungen von Yapeal.
  • Zusammen mit dem Customer Service Team sicherst du ein reibungsloses Onboarding und Aktivierung des Kunden.
  • Pflegen von bestehenden Kunden und erkennen von Cross-Selling-Möglichkeiten zur Generierung zusätzlicher Opportunitäten.
  • Identifiziere Probleme und Schwachstellen der Kunden und helfe ihnen, diese mit unseren Produkten und Services zu lösen.

Über dich

  • Eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Gewinnung von Kunden in B2B.
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in allen Phasen von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme und Vertragsverhandlung bis zum Projektstart.
  • Kombinierte Erfahrungen im Banken-, Fintech- oder Beratungssektor mit Schwerpunkt auf Finanzdienstleistungen sind ein Plus.
  • Interesse am Bereich Embedded Finance.
  • Aussergewöhnliche zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstark, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um die Entwicklung des Service voranzutreiben und den Kundensupport zu verbessern.
