SWISS Tourguide

The SWISS Tourguide Team, as part of the Sponsoring & Event Department, ensures that the brand presentation, the brand experience and the appearance of SWISS at events, trade fairs and other events in Switzerland are correctly implemented in accordance with the brand identity.

• Support in the concept development, planning, organisation and implementation of SWISS airport tours of all kinds (B2C & B2B)
• Support for SWISS aircraft christenings, events, film and photo shoots
• Interface between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Ensuring a brand-compliant appearance
• Enabling a look behind the scenes at SWISS
• Creating emotions and enthusiasm for SWISS
• Representing the SWISS spirit

• Former pilots, former cabin crew members, or individuals with prior experience at SWISS, whether retired or looking to engage in additional part-time work
• Outgoing, friendly and service-orientated manner
• Very good knowledge of SWISS and its products on the ground and in the air
• Good general knowledge of the Zurich airport
• Solution-orientated, committed, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Adherent to deadlines and punctuality
• Team player, good interpersonal skills and creative
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willingness to work irregular hours (including a few weekends)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
