Former pilots, former cabin crew members, or individuals with prior experience at SWISS, whether retired or looking to engage in additional part-time work Outgoing, friendly and service-orientated manner Very good knowledge of SWISS and its products on the ground and in the air Good general knowledge of the Zurich airport Solution-orientated, committed, flexible and able to work under pressure Adherent to deadlines and punctuality Team player, good interpersonal skills and creative Knowledge of MS Office applications Willingness to work irregular hours (including a few weekends) Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
