Deine Aufgaben

  • Proaktives, kontinuierliches Kundenmanagement und Aufbau nachhaltiger, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Development in Bezug auf die Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Angebote, sowie Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen (z.B. Marketing, Finance und Logistics).
  • Sicherstellung der Projektgewinnung sowie deren speditiven Durchführung, Dokumentation und Abschluss im engen Austausch mit dem Project Execution Manager.
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für jegliche Kundenangelegenheiten und aktive Lösungsfindung.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager in der Getränkeentwicklung (FMCG), versiert in der Betreuung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten.
  • Verständnis des Wertschöpfungsprozesses von Konsumgütern, vorzugsweise in der Getränkeindustrie.
  • Proaktive, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit starkem Fokus auf Details und Deadlines.
  • Vernetztes und serviceorientiertes Denken, sowie die Fähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.
  • Eigenschaft im Sinne der Unternehmung zu denken und zu handeln.
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
