In order to reinforce our Supply Chain Distribution department, we are currently recruiting a:

Supply Planner

YOUR MISSION:

Within our integrated end-to-end Supply Chain, the central Supply Planner is in charge of optimizing supply from the Manufacture in order to ensure high service level to customers both on active assortment and novelties. This role is committed to achieving optimized availability and global inventory

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

• Perform monthly analysis of stock fulfillment by products to update the supply plan, in coordination with demand and production planners, in order to maximize the product availability and sales
• Be accountable of the inventory of all channels on the full product lifecycle, in order to meet target coverage
• Review and update central and local stock targets
• Plan Novelties launch quantities implementation and follow the launch to ensure on-time activation
• Consolidate inputs and build relevant analysis for S&OP meetings
• Contribute to the development of analytics reports and indicators to support & monitor your activity
• Continuous improvement : main point of contact for planning tools and process improvement
• Partner with all channels of business including Commercial, Finance, Product and Operations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS

• Master degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of a planning tool, ideally SAP APO
• Good knowledge of a data visualization tool, ideally Power BI
• Microsoft office expert, advanced Excel knowledge
• Fluent French, advanced English
• Analytical & synthetic mindset
• Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous and proactive
• At ease in changing and evolving contexts
• Strong communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams
