The Wealth Products team delivers solutions to the financial departments of our customers – banks and financial institutions worldwide. Your key tasks

  • Stakeholder Management. Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, development teams, project managers, and other relevant parties, are essential for success. The service owner facilitates alignment and coordination among stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
  • Alignment with Business Goals. It's essential for the service owner to align integration efforts with the broader business goals and objectives of the organization. He need to ensure that integration solutions not only address immediate needs but also contribute to long-term business success.
  • Guidance and Consultation. He needs to provide expert guidance and consultation to clients throughout the integration journey. They help clients make informed decisions by explaining the pros and cons of different integration approaches and recommending best practices.
  • Requirement Analysis. One of the key responsibilities will be is to analyse client requirements thoroughly. This involves gathering detailed information about the systems, applications, data formats, protocols, and workflows involved in the integration process.
  • Quality Assurance. Ensuring the quality and reliability of integration services is paramount. The service owner oversees quality assurance processes, including testing, validation, and performance monitoring, to deliver robust and resilient integration solutions.
  • Define, drive and document a service blueprint in the Integration area.
  • Supporting developers during implementation.
  • Supporting consulting projects, project implementations and sales workshops.
  • Strong experience of working in the Integration field, preferably in the banking area.
  • Experience as business analyst or similar role in the software industry.
  • Modelling know-how and/or customization experience of the Avaloq Core Banking solution in the integration area.
  • An open-minded, team-oriented, and communicative personality who is eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to understand, abstract, and specify integrations needs and requirements.
  • Strong analytical abilities and focus on quality, with a structured and autonomous approach to work.
  • Professional communication skills in English.
