Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine offene, auf Menschen zugehende Persönlichkeit. Du möchtest unsere Team Leader:innen in verschiedenen Bereichen und Tätigkeiten unterstützen, bist dabei interessiert, engagiert und bringst deine Ideen ein? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen

  • Unterstützung unserer Team Leader:innen in diversen administrativen Bereichen wie der Planung von Health Care Gesprächen, dem Protokollieren von Gesprächen und Meetings etc.
  • Organisation und Nachbereitung von internen Assessments (z.B. M/C EU oder als FCG) für Cabin Crew Member. Deine Aufgaben reichen vom Versand von Einladungen bis hin zur Organisation sowie Bereitstellung von Meetingräumen.
  • Persönlicher und schriftlicher Austausch mit unseren Cabin Crew Membern
  • Selbständiges Halten von Lektionen zu administrativen Themen in den Ausbildungskursen unserer Cabin Crew Member
  • Bearbeitung von Performance Evaluations und Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten
  • Koordination und Austausch mit diversen Schnittstellen innerhalb der SWISS

Requirements
  • HF-Diplom, Bachelor-, Master-Studierende oder Absolvent:innen (HF-Diplom- und Bachelor-Studierende müssen mindestens drei Semester abgeschlossen haben)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Affinität zur Airlinebranche
  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Freude im Kontakt und Umgang mit anderen Menschen
  • Fähigkeit effizient und vernetzt zu denken sowie offen und transparent zu kommunizieren
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und selbständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Übernahme von organisatorischen Aufgaben von Vorteil
