Das ist Ihr Beitrag
Für den Eurovision Song Contest 2025 suchen wir per sofort befristet bis Ende Juni 2025 eine:n Project Management Assistant / Coordinator. Im ESC-Team PMO engagieren Sie sich für folgende Themen:
  • Sie unterstützen den PMO in administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Sie arbeiten bei der Projektplanung mit
  • Sie übernehmen die Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben im Projektplan
  • Sie erledigen Koordinationsaufgaben innerhalb des Projektteams
  • Sie erstellen Reportings, Präsentationen, Handouts etc.
  • Sie unterstützen den PMO bei Problemlösungen und anstehenden Entscheidungen

Damit begeistern Sie uns
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Rolle, vorzugsweise im Eventmanagement, Projektmanagement oder einer verwandten Branche
  • Sie verfügen über exzellente organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (Terminplanung, Zeitmanagement und Priorisierung)
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Software wie Microsoft Project Plan 1 oder ähnlichen Tools und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office
  • Sie sind stressresistent und haben die Fähigkeit sich schnell an Veränderungen und neue Anforderungen anzupassen.
  • Sie haben eine proaktive Haltung und arbeiten leidenschaftlich an Projekten wie dem ESC 2025
  • Sie haben gute Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch)
