Ce poste vous donne la possibilité d'

Interagir avec les professionnels de santé du milieu hospitalier en Suisse Romande pour améliorer ensemble la prise en charge des patients et être acteur du développement du portefeuille Philips EDI, solutions conçues pour améliorer la prise en charge des patients tout au long du parcours de soins.

Vous avez pour principales missions de

  • Conseiller et apporter votre support aux clients et utilisateurs (médecins et personnel médical) dans la configuration et la mise en place de notre solution logicielle d'imagerie médicale (PACS – VNA)
  • Réaliser des interventions d'expertise en milieu hospitalier (démonstrations, support lors des installations, formations, partages d'expérience, suivi des besoins) sur les solutions logicielles implémentées et en majorité dans le service de radiologie
  • Analyser le workflow et les processus métiers avec le chef de projet
  • Assurer le déploiement et paramétrage de la solution avec les ressources internes et les utilisateurs
  • Former et conseiller les médecins sur la prise en main et la configuration des logiciels, et les upgrades
  • Soutenir l'équipe commerciale régionale durant le processus de vente (argumentaire clinique, démonstrations avant-vente, participation aux congrès,...)

Vous faites partie de

l'équipe Solutions & Service Delivery. Cette organisation s'occupe, dans la région DACH, de la gestion de projet, de l'implémentation, du service & support, de la gestion du cycle de vie et du support de vente pour les solutions informatiques de santé (radiologie, cardiologie, post-traitement d'images cliniques).

Vous êtes responsable du secteur Suisse Romande, et travaillez étroitement avec les équipes commerciales et techniques, tournées vers l'écoute du besoin des médecins et personnels hospitaliers.

Poste basé en home office sur le secteur Suisse Romande, avec de nombreux déplacements à prévoir (environ 50% du temps).

Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste

  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans un service de radiologie (hôpital/cabinet médical)
  • Formation dans le domaine de la technique médicale
  • Expérience dans les domaines de la radiologie et idéalement en Healthcare Informatics
  • Très bonnes connaissances du flux de travail radiologique
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, pédagogie , organisation et esprit d'équipe, forte autonomie
  • Mobilité dans toute la Suisse Romande
  • Maîtrise de la langue française exigée et bon niveau en Anglais et/ou Allemand
