Aufgaben

Als Mitarbeiter:in «Strategic Communications & Content Creation» sind Sie Teil des SWISS Newsroom und legen Ihren Fokus auf die Konzeption und Durchführung strategischer PR und Staff Events und Kommunikationskampagnen.

  • Koordination und Konzeption SWISS Corporate Events, Medienanlässe, Flugzeugtaufen, Mitarbeitenden- und PR-Events
  • Strategische Ausrichtung unserer PR-Aktivitäten
  • Planung und Durchführung von SWISS Events in Einklang mit der Kommunikations- und Unternehmensstrategie
  • Orchestrierung und Umsetzung der kommunikativen Begleitung von Events
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kommunikations- und Marketingschnittstellen zur Durchführung von Events und Kommunikationskampagnen
  • Erstellen, Aufbereiten und Publizieren von redaktionellen Beiträgen (Reportagen, Videos, Artikel, Interviews) für verschiedene interne und externe Formate/Kanäle der Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Pikettdienst für Krisenkommunikation abwechselnd im Team

Voraussetzungen
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss ETH/Universität/FH, vorzugsweise in Publizistik, Kommunikation, Journalismus oder Wirtschaft
  • Erste berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Eventmanagement und/oder Multimedia Produktion von Vorteil
  • Exzellentes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Know-how in der multimedia Content Production
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten, exzellente analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse; gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Applikationen (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte visuell darzustellen (z.B. PowerPoint, Poster etc.)
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, flexibel und belastbar
