As a member of the Ancillary department, you'll play a key role in shaping and improving the Ancillary product and touchpoint portfolio by evaluating and prioritizing initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive commercial success.

  • Assist in developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate on strategic projects from concept to execution
  • Conduct market research to discover trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities in the ancillary services industry, along with strategic benchmarking
  • Help prepare clear, concise presentations and briefings for senior management
  • Contribute to strategic communication initiatives, including managing community information and generating content for various channels
  • Support touchpoint management by optimizing ancillary product placements
  • Graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle and simplify complex concepts
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel to various locations
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency is a bonus
